Please help us keep things running smoothly and safely by dropping off and picking up your child on their scheduled time.

• Drop-Off: Arriving on time (or even a few minutes early) helps our teachers and your child start the day off right.
• Pick-Up: Picking up on time is necessary. Our teachers love spending time with your children, but they also have personal commitments after work. We understand that things happen sometimes, so we offer a 10-minute grace period after the scheduled pick-up time.
  Early Pick-Up: We ask that students are not picked up early from their programs. Similar to being late, early pick-ups are disruptive to the flow of the rehearsal and the work of the entire ensemble. We appreciate your cooperation in ensuring your child can participate for their full scheduled time.

• Fees for Late Pick-Up: To fairly compensate our staff for their extra time, late pick-ups beyond the grace period will be charged a fee of $1.00 per minute.
  Calculation: The fee is calculated starting from the original scheduled pick-up time.
  Habitual Lateness: Please note that the 10-minute grace period is intended for occasional emergencies only. Habitual late pick-up (defined as 2 or more occurrences) will result in the immediate application of late fees from the first minute of lateness, regardless of the grace period.
  Example: If pick-up is at 3:00 PM and you arrive at 3:15 PM, you will incur a $15.00 fee.
