To maintain our casting integrity and program quality, Village Arts follows the refund schedules below.No refunds of any kind will be issued once the final cast list is posted (for Theatre) or the program has officially begun (for Performing Arts Camps and Mini Programs).
If a student withdraws during the audition/casting process (Theatre) or during the first days of a program (Performing Arts Camps), the refund depends on our ability to fill the spot:
In cases of recent medical issues or family emergencies requiring withdrawal, Village Arts will make every effort to determine an appropriate refund on a case-by-case basis.
The following policies apply to our camps, and after-school programs including classes. Please note that all refunds are subject to a $25 non-refundable processing fee.
Full tuition must be paid before the start of camp. No refunds will be issued once camp starts.
A class “session” refers to a single scheduled meeting of the course.
More than 2 weeks before class starts:
All cancellations or rescheduling requests must be submitted at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled start time.

Notification: All withdrawal requests must be sent in writing to info@villageartstheatre.org
