Discounts, Late Fees, Tuition Payment Due Date & Refund Policies

Discounts

SIBLING DISCOUNT:For families who have two or more children in our musical program, use code SIBLING25 at check out for a $25.00 discount. One discount per family, please.
OTHER: Various discounts are available when you register for several programs, classes, and Homework Club. Discounts will be applied at the checkout.
  • $15.00 off when you purchase a class along with a musical program in the same order.
  • 10% discount when you purchase all days of Homework Club Plus in one order.
  • $5.00 off each class when you purchase two or more classes in the same order.

  • Important Note: All registration fees are strictly non-refundable, with no exceptions.

  • Cancellations, refunds, no-shows, and drop-outs will incur a $25 processing fee on all programs.

  • Considerations may be made on a case-by-case basis when requested for all programs.

Late Payment Policy and Tuition Due Date:

  • $10 late fee: Tuition is due before the first day of your program. It’s considered late by the second class session. A $10 late fee will be charged for each week tuition remains unpaid after that point. This policy applies to all classes and programs, except one-week camps.

Refund Policy for Theatrical Productions / Musical Programs and Camps

No refunds will be issued once casting decisions have been announced, whichever comes first.

Breakdown of our refund schedule for Theatre Programs and Performing Arts Camps:
  • Earlier than 2 weeks prior to auditions: You’ll receive a full tuition refund, minus a processing fee.
  • Within 2 weeks prior to auditions: You’ll receive a 75% tuition refund, minus a processing fee.
If you withdraw during auditions and casting, the following applies:
  • If Village Arts finds a replacement for your spot, you’ll receive a 50% tuition refund minus your processing fee.
  • If Village Arts cannot fill the vacant spot, you’ll receive a 30% tuition refund minus your processing fee.

 

Exceptions for Medical or Family Emergencies: 

In cases of recent medical issues or family emergencies requiring withdrawal, Village Arts will make every effort to determine an appropriate refund on a case-by-case basis. For medical issues, this applies to absences of five consecutive camp days or more, provided we receive a signed note from your licensed physician A $25 administration fee will apply.

Tuition Balance Due:

The final program tuition balance is due four weeks after the first day of the program audition (this date varies by season). If full or partial payments are not received by this deadline, Village Arts reserves the right to cancel unpaid applications without refunding fees, and to remove the student(s) from participating in the current program.

Refund policy for Visual Arts Camps

Full tuition must be paid before the start of camp. No refunds will be issued once camp starts.

Breakdown of our refund schedule for Camps:

  • Up to two weeks before Camp Starts: You’ll receive a 80% tuition refund, minus a processing fee.
  • Within 2 weeks prior to the start of camp: You’ll receive a 50% tuition refund, minus a processing fee.
  • No-Shows: No refunds will be issued.

Refund Policy for Homework Club PLUS

Breakdown of our refund schedule for HWC:
  • Cancellations or rescheduling for HWC sessions must be done 24 hours prior to the scheduled start time.
  • Day-by-Day: No-refunds will be issued; A credit to reschedule applies.
  • Full Session bookings: Prior to the start of the session you’ll receive an 80% tuition refund minus a processing fee.
  • No-shows: No refunds will be issued and are not transferable to an alternate day.

Refund policy for Performing and Visual Arts Classes

Breakdown of our refund schedule for Classes:

  • No refunds are offered after the second class session.
  • Two weeks before class starts: You’ll receive a full refund minus a processing fee.
  • One week before class starts: 75% refund minus a processing fee will be issued
  • No-Shows: No refunds will be issued.
