Village Arts is a non-profit entity EIN: 83-3652255. All donations are tax deductible to the full extent of the law.
Important Note: All registration fees are strictly non-refundable, with no exceptions.
Cancellations, refunds, no-shows, and drop-outs will incur a $25 processing fee on all programs.
No refunds will be issued once casting decisions have been announced, whichever comes first.
In cases of recent medical issues or family emergencies requiring withdrawal, Village Arts will make every effort to determine an appropriate refund on a case-by-case basis. For medical issues, this applies to absences of five consecutive camp days or more, provided we receive a signed note from your licensed physician A $25 administration fee will apply.
The final program tuition balance is due four weeks after the first day of the program audition (this date varies by season). If full or partial payments are not received by this deadline, Village Arts reserves the right to cancel unpaid applications without refunding fees, and to remove the student(s) from participating in the current program.
Full tuition must be paid before the start of camp. No refunds will be issued once camp starts.
