General Application Deadline: If you are applying for the upcoming academic year, your application must be completed by August 20, 2026.
Annual Application: Families only need to apply once per academic year (covering both Fall and Spring).
Mid-Year Check-Ins: You do not need to reapply for the Winter/Spring terms. We conduct an internal review every November to roll over or adjust awards based on current enrollment, available funding, and financial need.
Rolling Applications: The application remains open for mid-year enrollees (e.g., families joining a program in December). Awards for mid-year applicants will apply only to the remainder of the current academic year.
Summer Sessions Excluded: This policy covers the August–June academic block only. Summer sessions are handled through a separate application and funding process.
Note on Award Adjustments: Aid is distributed session-by-session. Awards are subject to mid-year adjustments if a student’s enrollment status, available program funding, or a family’s financial situation changes.
Colfax Campus Full Scholarship Policy
Students from Colfax are offered a tuition-free scholarship specifically for the theatre program at the Colfax Campus.
An application is required. If a student qualifies, their tuition is 100% covered.
Colfax Deadline: Applications must be submitted by August 20, 2026.
Please note that this scholarship is strictly valid for the theatre program during the Fall 2026 term only.
