Drop-Off: Arriving on time helps our teachers and your child start the day off right.

Pick-Up: Our teachers love spending time with your children, but they also have families and personal commitments after work. We understand that things happen sometimes, so we offer a 10-minute grace period after the scheduled pick-up time.

Late Pick-Up & Fees: We understand that unexpected delays happen. To accommodate this, we offer a 10-minute grace period after the scheduled pick-up time.

• The Fee: If a child is picked up after the 10-minute grace period, a late fee of $1.00 per minute will be charged.
• Calculation: The fee is calculated starting from the original scheduled pick-up time.
• Habitual Lateness: Please note that the 10-minute grace period is intended for occasional emergencies only. Habitual late pick-up (defined as 2 or more occurrences) will result in the immediate application of late fees from the first minute of lateness, regardless of the grace period.
  Example: If pick-up is at 3:00 PM and you arrive at 3:15 PM, you will incur a $15.00 fee.
