Frozen Kids Mini Program mid-week

Students Grades: Kinder-First. 

We have 2 weekday programs to choose from for our Minis.
  • Tuesdays Minis: 1:30-3pm 
  • Auditions: none
  • Rehearsals: 9/5-11/7
  • Dress Rehearsal: 11/7
  • Performances: 11/11, 11:00am

 

  • Wednesdays Minis:  2:30-4pm
  • Auditions: none
  • Rehearsals: 9/6-11/8
  • Dress Rehearsal: 11/12
  • Performances: 11/11 1:00pm

For payment, you have the option to pay in full using a credit card, check, or Zelle. Alternatively, you can opt for a payment plan if enrolling in our Musical Programs. Please note that payment plans are only for musical programs, are charged weekly, and require a credit card.

DO NOT register under any other age group other than your own. Get on the waitlist if no stock is left in your age group. We will notify you if/when a spot is available according to the order of emails received.

Fall Musical Program:

PROGRAM: Saturdays, August 28 – November 12

Payment Policy, Deposit, Tuition & Refunds:

  • Sibling discounts: For families who have two or more children in a this musical program, use code SIBLING25 at check out for a $25.00 discount.
  • All deposits or registration fees are absolutely non-refundable. No exceptions.
  • The final program fee balance is due on August 28. If we have not received payment by this date, Village Arts reserves the right to cancel unpaid applicants with no return of fees.
  • Registration after August 28 must pay the complete tuition program fee for Village Arts Theatre Program and Camp.

Refund Policy:

  • Full refund minus deposit until August 28 prior to casting.
  • 50% of camp tuition refund, minus deposit, before August 28, (If Village Arts is able to find a replacement for your spot 75% will be refunded)
  • No refunds after first day of the program, unless for medical reasons, for long term illness only. Five consecutive program days or more, provided that we receive a signed note from a licensed physician within 3 days after illness. There will be a $25 administration fee.
  • Consideration will be made on a case by case basis.

NOTE: Auditions, rehearsals, and performances will be held at Village Arts Theatre Space.

Village Arts and its staff will strictly follow the guide-lines of the CDC and the County of Los Angeles Public Health. Please click here to see the guidelines we will follow for our rehearsals and performances.
